Somehow in your search about anxiety or panic attacks, you’ve stumbled upon this blog. Welcome.

It has taken me some time to decide whether writing publicly about my own experience with anxiety is a good idea. But at some point in your journey you will be told that writing out your thoughts and feelings can be helpful towards recovery. For me, it definitely is.

Maybe my thoughts are similar to yours? Maybe what I’ve experienced, you can relate to? Maybe this place makes you feel less scared?

That’s why I made a blog about anxiety.
