Backstory
Since 2016 I’ve been living with Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and Panic Disorder. Both these conditions combined, changed my life. At their peak, I was barely able to leave the house. The gate to my mind was wide open and everything became terrifying.
Now it’s 2025, almost 10 years later and I’m in a much better place with room for improvement.
